The banquet hall can be reserved for award banquets, corporate events, holiday parties, shows, weddings, business meetings, fundraisers and anniversaries. It is also the destination of choice for outdoor weddings and wedding receptions, and we host funeral luncheons.
The banquet hall has a maximum capacity of 417. The outdoor garden adds up to 200 to that capacity, and the Gazebo holds 140.
Yes. The Bonnie Glen Pavilion is a full service, wheelchair accessible banquet hall.
Yes. A wedding can be officiated in our Gazebo, and the outdoor Gazebo has garden and bar services available for exterior weddings, with a capacity of 140.
No. We are a full service hall and do all the catering ourselves — no outside caterers are allowed in our facilities, as per health unit regulations.
Yes. We offer on location catering for different occasions, including funerals, anniversaries, tent weddings and weddings. Our large commercial kitchen can produce very large catering events both on and off site.
A minimum number of 40 guests is required for all catering. A surcharge per person may apply for guest numbers below the minimum.
Yes. We are a fully licensed banquet hall and can provide full bar service — please let us know if you require any bar service for your special occasion. We are licensed under the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario and are responsible for the purchase, storage and service of all wine, beer and spirits for all events, so alcohol purchased off premises is strictly prohibited.
Yes. Tastings are arranged with us directly, and custom variations of our menus are available upon request.
A 15% gratuity is extra on meals and services, and applies to all sit down service. Contact us for pricing on your own event.
Yes. We keep a quality service referral list that includes minister, decorators, DJs, shuttle buses, photographers and coordinators, so you can arrange everything in one place. We also suggest lodging in and around Alexandria and companies that can get your guests to and from the hall.
